Reimer Law and Nielson & Sherry Join Forces

The law firm of Reimer Law Co., which recently changed its name from Reimer Arnovitz Chernek & Jeffrey Co., LPA, and Nielson & Sherry, PSC are pleased to announce the merger of their firms. Reimer Law Co., based in Solon, Ohio, was founded in 1971. Nielson & Sherry, PSC, Based in Louisville, Kentucky, was founded in 1993. All six of the firm's partners will remain in similar roles with the larger organization.
The firm will continue to maintain its substantial presence in Solon, Louisville and Newport, and we are strongly committed to working the files in the state where the property is located. The combined organization will focus its efforts on real estate foreclosure, title curative, bankruptcy, eviction, litigation and REO and retail closing services in Ohio and Kentucky. In addition it will offer collection services in Ohio and Kentucky, and automotive and other chattel replevin and bankruptcy services in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia.

Together we will have over 35 experienced attorneys, and a fabulous support staff, who are able to provide creditor's rights services throughout the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and beyond. Rest assured that our substantial commitment to each state will not falter.”
With this merger, our organizational depth and resources, along with our strong commitment to regulatory compliance and innovative use of technology will grow. The larger organization will allow us to enhance our efficiency and provide more creative options that will not just maintain the quality of our customer support, but propel it to the next echelon.
 
The merger will be effective April 1st, 2017. As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our clients, vendors, partners and employees to make this transition as smooth as possible.  We want to assure our clients that they will continue to receive the same high-quality product and services that they have come to expect as the integration of these two firms progress.
 
The firm will continue to be active members of the MBA, USFN, ALFN, The Legal League 100, NARCA and NACTT. Our commitment to those organizations, and the industry as a whole, will grow stronger as Reimer Law.
